Away from Balik Pulau town there is a labyrinth of minor roads, pathways and alleys . There are a number of old trades still available at Balik Pulau such as making 'bedak sejuk' - a form of facial powder made from rice flour; kuih bahulu (local malay sponge cake); nutmeg oil; organic farming and goat milking etc

9.00am	Arrive Balik Pulau Visitor Centre
9.10am	Meet with local guide and start with visits to various interesting places in Balik Pulau eg Bedak Sejuk maker, Kuih Bahulu baker, Nutmeg farm and Organic vegetable and goat farm. Try your hand at making your own local dish of Assam Laksa
1.00pm	Return to visitor centre, freshen up and return to hotel
