Day 1 SEPILOK / BY BOAT TO SUKAU
0800 hrs Pick up upon arrival at the Sandakan Airport(preferably on MH2042 ETA 0810hrs). Drive for approximately 30 minutes to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center. Proceed to the free roaming area feeding platform.

1000 hrs feeding of Orang Utans. At this center, observe man’s closest relative “the Orang Utan” being rehabilitated to become wild in their natural habitat and experience a walk in the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. 1100 hrs depart Sepilok and transfer to jetty in Sandakan.

1145 hrs take an hour boat cruise up to the Lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary where you will take your lunch at Abai Jungle Restaurant. This is a wonderful journey of discovery which starts from the waters of Sulu Sea of Sandakan Town through a magnificent scenery of the Mangrove Forest. After lunch, cruise UP river to Sukau village in search of primates especially the Endemic Proboscis Monkeys, birds and other wildlife. Arrive Sukau, check in at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge. Late afternoon, an option to take another river cruise with electric motor to Menanggul River, a small tributary of the Kinabatangan. Return lodge for dinner and overnight at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge. (Lunch / Dinner)

Day 2 FROM SUKAU BY BOAT / SANDAKAN
After breakfast, river cruise down by boat back to Sandakan. Another chance for wildlife sightings with this approximately 2.5 hours journey. Upon arrival at jetty, drive up hill to the Puh Jih Syh Chinese Buddhist Temple, which offers a panoramic view of the Sandakan Bay before lunch at Local Restaurant / Hotel. After lunch, proceed to airport for your flight MH2709 (ETD 1415). (Breakfast / Lunch)

Day 01 By land to Gomantong Cave / Menanggul River Cruise
Meet at Sandakan airport via MH 2042(ETA 0810hrs), depart. After breakfast, 0900hrs depart overland to Gomantong Birdnest Caves. Upon arrival, 15 minutes walk on the plank walk to the cave. Explore the largest bird's nest cave in Sabah, home to millions of Bats and swiflets. The nest of the swiflets are collected for the famous Chinese edible bird nest soup. Continue journey to Sukau which will passing by Oil Palm Plantations and villages. Check in Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge and lunch provided. Late in the afternoon, take a boat cruise with electric motor to the famous of Menanggul River in search for Proboscis Monkeys, different species of birds and others wildlife. Day 02 By land to Sepilok/Temple
Wake up by the calls of gibbons and hornbills, after breakfast, 0700 depart overland to the SepilokOrangUtanRehabilitationCentre. At this center, observe man’s closest relative “the Orang Utan” being rehabilitated to become wild in their natural habitat and experience a walk in the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. 1000hrs witness the feeding of the Orang Utan at the feeding platform, drive up hill to the Puh Jih Syh Chinese Buddhist Temple, which offers a panoramic view of the Sandakan Bay before lunch at local restaurant or hotel. After lunch, proceed to airport for your flight MH 2709 (ETD1415hrs). (Breakfast / Lunch)
